Our skilled team can be involved in projects as much or as little as needed, either working from our offices or visiting your workplace and working on-site – simply see us as an extension to your team and drawing office whenever you need it.
We have dedicated team members to certain disciplines and can offer solutions throughout your project from the initial design stage, right through to project completion and drawing pack creation. Whatever stage a project may be at Cadit Draughting can help.
Besides the office environment, you can often find us out and about carrying out site visits when required, gathering survey information and returning to the office to produce accurate and well-presented drawings.
All our staff are fully trained in the software they use including AutoCAD, Revit, Solidworks and Inventor. We have the latest CAD software to cover any type of job that comes through the door.
So, let’s meet the team:
After completing an Engineering degree at Portsmouth University, Kevin decided to enter the world of work and quickly noticed there was a real shortage of CAD companies around. With that in mind, he decided to go it alone and created Cadit Draughting Ltd. Word soon got out and after winning a few large contracts, the company expanded rapidly and before he knew it, he was taking on employees! Since then, he’s never looked back.
Although Kevin carries out the day-to-day running of the business, he is still very much ‘on the tools’ helping out with the workload including surveying and draughting. With time served on the drawing board, and over 25 years experience in the industry, Kevin still enjoys being involved in various jobs applying his knowledge and helping the team.
With a busy work life, outside of the business, Kevin loves to spend time with his family. He often tries to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life enjoying camping holidays, travelling and road trips. With his wife, four children and a dog in tow, it can get manic to say the least, but time spent together as a family and watching them grow, makes it all worthwhile.

Kevin founded Cadit Draughting back in 2012 with a vision to create a company that covers all drawing services for all industries.
With a lack of local CAD Draughting outsourcing companies in the area, and many of them only offering specific areas of expertise, Kevin saw a gap in the market and Cadit Draughting was born.
With a steady order book in the first couple of years, and with word getting out into the industries, Cadit Draughting quickly became established and after winning numerous large contracts, the company began a rapid growth and soon became the go to CAD company in the region.
Based on the Jurassic Coast in Dorset, Cadit Draughting aims to offer CAD outsourcing solutions for all business types not only local, but worldwide.
Whether that be construction, engineering, architectural, mechanical and electrical engineering, planning applications or anything else that requires a drawing, our dedicated team of experts can offer full support in all areas.
COMPANY HISTORY
Cadit Draughting Ltd was formed in 2012 by founder and current director Kevin Jeffery.
His main role focuses on the construction side of the business and he takes on all work regarding architectural, civil, fire protection and M&E services.
You quite often see Kaiese out and about on various sites carrying out surveys, gathering information and creating the drawings. Although he’s an expert in all things AutoCad, he’s also regarded as our resident Revit guru and enjoys bringing buildings to life in 3D format.
Outside of work, Kaiese is a keen tennis player competing in the local leagues and competitions, often on the winning side. He also loves spending time with his family and enjoys eating the odd one or two, or maybe three takeaways!

Senior Engineer
Kaiese is a long-standing member of the team, joining the company in 2019 and quickly progressing through the ranks.
Radoslaw Holowiej
Senior Engineer
Rad is another long-standing member of the Cadit team and joined the company in 2019.
With over 20 years experience in the construction and engineering sectors, Rad brings a wealth of knowledge to the group and applies his skills right across the industries we serve.
Rad too is another ‘drawing board served’ engineer starting out at college before moving into the engineering industry. Having spent 15 years as a mechanical engineer, Rad quickly became established as Cadit’s engineering expert, applying his skills in Solidworks, Inventor and AutoCAD.
Rad also has a vast amount of knowledge in the construction industry, in particular, fire protection and M&E services and carries out all the necessary surveys in order to create the drawings.
In Rad’s spare time, he continues his passion for design but this time, upcycling furniture. If he has enough strength after that, he hits the gym!
Hector Knight
Surveyor/
Draughtsman
Hector joined the company in 2022 as a junior draughtsman.
Hector was initially taken on to help take some of the workload off other team members during busy periods. Since then, Hector has progressed immensely and now takes on projects of his own, focusing mainly on the construction side of the business although he often picks up the ‘out of the ordinary’ jobs too.
Hector also forms part of the survey team, gathering information around sites ready to put into drawings.
Aside from work, you will often find Hector sitting at his piano reenacting the classics and wooing his audience. He also enjoys playing tennis, often challenging Kaiese in order to gain the bragging rights in the office.
Nicola Gentry
Administrator
Nicola joined the company in 2022 on a part time basis to fit in with her family life.
Using her previous experience, Nicola runs the admin side of the business ensuring everything runs smoothly, allowing other team members to concentrate on their day-to-day duties.
With her organisational skills and attention to detail, she has the office running like a well-oiled machine, organising the incoming jobs, sorting the paperwork and keeping all the engineers in check!
Outside of work, Nicola loves nothing more than to relax with her ever-growing family and enjoys holidaying as much as possible!
Lilia Jeffery
Marketing Assistant
Lilia, or Beanie as she is more commonly known, is the newest member of the team and joined the company on a part-time basis to fit in around her further studies.
Beanie offers support to the marketing side of the business, utilising her amazing creative skills.
She also looks after all social media content ensuring all accounts are up to date and showcasing what the company has been up to.
Besides work and study, Beanie loves nothing more than to paint and follow her passion for the arts. She also loves to relax by playing the piano.
Maple
Office Dog
Creating positive vibes in the office since 2020.
Maple, our resident cockapoo, is the office dog. She joined the team as a pup and has been here ever since. She is great to have around the office and offers a much-needed distraction during busy days.
Positive well-being is a big factor within the company and Maple certainly ensures that all the team are happy, as long as there’s a doggy treat in it for her!
Our team of skilled subcontractors have a wealth of experience across a wide range of industries including construction, engineering and surveying.
They cover numerous disciplines including architectural drawing services, M&E surveys and drawing creation, fire protection surveys, engineering design and much more.. any drawings that need doing, we’ve got it covered.
All our subcontractors are fully insured and qualified in their field and provide a much needed support resource for ongoing and future projects, They work seamlessly with the current team to produce accurate and high quality designs and drawings.
